Hungary is a country in Central Europe and borders Slovakia, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria and Ukraine.

Its capital and largest city and metropolis is Budapest, known as one of the most beautiful in the world. The country has many varieties to offer: mountains, the Great Plain, lakes and rivers, and many small villages and cities, many of which are Unesco World Heritage Sites.

Here you can find one of the largest lake of Europe, Balaton, the largest natural grassland in Europe, Hortobágy, and the second largest thermal lake in the world, Héviz. Hungary is also the place to be for the largest synagogue of Europe, the largest medicinal bath of Europe, and the second largest territorial abbey in the world.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1: Budapest (L, D)

On your arrival to Budapest Airport Meet & Greet service by our representative and depending on the arrival time transfer by private coach for lunch or to check into your hotel. Check in and refresh at the hotel, rest of the day is free for leisure to explore the city on own. Dinner at Indian Restaurant included. Overnight stay in Budapest. 

Day 2: Budapest (B, L, D)

After breakfast enjoy a panoramic & walking guided city tour featuring the Parliament, Heroes' Square, Chain Bridge, Fishermen's Bastion with stunning views over the city and the Danube. See Matthias Church, St Stephen's Basilica, the Opera and Buda Castle, which dominates the twin cities of Buda and Pest. Overnight stay in Budapest.

Day 3: Budapest - Szentendre - Visegrad - Budapest (B, L, D)

Enjoy breathtaking views of scenery as you drive past Visegrad along the Danube River to see Esztergom, the former capital of Hungary, and it's colossal hilltop Basilica. Afternoon we stop at Szentendre, known for its baroque architecture, churches, colorful houses, and narrow, cobbled streets. Some free time for leisure. Overnight in Budapest.

Day 4: Budapest (B, L, D)

Transfer to a Traditional horse farm for a spectacular horseshow providing an introduction to carriage driving, skills of the horsemen like making the horses sit and lie down, cracking the whip, competing, and the world-famous Puszta 10. After a horse carriage ride return to Budapest for free time & shopping. Overnight in Budapest.

Day 5: Budapest (B)

Breakfast included at the hotel, then check out and transfer to Budapest Airport for group's departure.
